The Sweet Side of Life at a Top Pastry Chef School
The objective of this intensive 22-week programme of pastry chef courses is to develop your passion for the specialist fields of pastry and chocolate arts. From the traditional through to today’s modern recipes and trends, you will learn to prepare and present a wide range of Swiss and European breads, pastries and desserts like a real pastry chef. You will also be exposed to the intricacies of chocolate and confectionery preparation and presentation, including the art of working with sugar to create showpieces.
