- Tuition 83,700; single deluxe room 27,000 (compulsory for new students); lunch and dinner Monday to Friday 13,500 (compulsory for all terms); infrastructure and services 39,000. The fee page lists, among what the fees include, student services, the Geneva Airport welcome desk, the induction weekend, the residence permit, Swiss residency taxes and VAT, and health insurance during academic terms (it does not say which of the four lines pays for each). Two paid internships; no school fees during internship periods.

Hotel School With Inspiring Leaders
The programmes offered at César Ritz Colleges are based on the philosophy of César Ritz, founder of the famous Ritz-Paris hotel, who is widely recognized as the pioneer of luxury hotels. With hard work, innovation, flair and a touch of class, César Ritz accomplished an unprecedented career in the hospitality industry and rose to legendary status. It is his tradition of luxury, excellence and service that created the standards for hotels and restaurants throughout the world, setting the foundation for our international Swiss hotel management school.
Application Deadline
You are advised to send your application as soon as possible as places are limited in the school.
For students who require a visa to enter Switzerland it is important that you contact the Swiss Embassy in your home country to find out the length of time necessary for your visa application. In certain countries it may take up to 12 weeks for a visa to be approved.
Brig Campus
The César Ritz Brig Campus is situated in the town of Brig-Glis, the largest German-speaking town in the Valais region. Brig’s charming cobblestoned centre is located within walking distance to the central train station where trains can take students to Bern in one hour or to Milan in less than two. With a bustling shopping area and local markets, Brig is a great location to spend the evenings or weekends unwinding in some of the different restaurants and bars.
The campus is situated in two main buildings in the centre of Brig. The César Ritz Brig Campus is where all academic facilities are located plus the main restaurant. A five-minute walk away is the first-class accommodation called Themis & Xenius, which is the largest of the student dormitories. The Bachelor includes two paid international internships.

The English Foundation Programme
The English Foundation Programme runs throughout the year in four-week blocks. Students may join at the beginning of any four-week block, for a minimum of four weeks.
The course offers students a minimum of 20 hours of English instruction per week and covers the following subject areas:
The length of the course for each participant depends on their personal English level and motivation, with the objective to achieve the required score to enter their desired hospitality course.
The English Foundation Programme is offered at the Swiss Education Group partner school, HIM Business School. Students from all Swiss Education Group schools who need to strengthen their English language skills participate in the course.
Upon completion of the course, the Swiss Education Group will provide transportation to your chosen school to start your hospitality or culinary studies.
